Oddmind builds software for pharma field teams: Medical Science Liaisons, field sales representatives, and the regional managers who coach them. Products are designed around the workflows these users perform in the field, not around the reporting needs of corporate functions.
Each product follows a common data policy. Individual performance data is visible only to the individual and their direct manager. Aggregate views are available to leadership at a minimum cohort size of five to prevent re-identification. These rules are enforced at the API layer, not just in the interface.
